Pure Delight Home Care provides non-medical home health aide and companion care services to seniors, elderly, mentally challenged and physically challenged adults. Through coordinated care and support for clients and their families, Pure Delight Home Care enables individuals to remain in the safety and comfort of their own home environments for as long as possible. Pure Delight Home Care also serves clients transitioning back home from an assisted living setting or from a hospital, nursing home or rehabilitation facility.
Our companions and home health aides act as caregiver and friend when family members or loved ones can not be present. This enables family and friends to have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is getting the attention they deserve, the companionship they desire and the care they need to remain safe in their home.
Our home health aides and companions visit our clients in their homes as often as necessary. For short visits or 24 hours a day, they provide the emotional support, caregiver assistance, light housekeeping and companionship to help seniors, elderly, mentally and/or physically challenged adults function independently in their own home environments.
Our professional and dependable home health aides and caregivers are available for you or your loved one as long as necessary, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Should the need arise, our home health aides and caregivers are also available to provide care in the patient’s home or in a hospital or other facility.
This person will not provide hands-on care for the client, but will provide companionship, offer encouragement and perform light housekeeping tasks including, but not limited to:
- Taking the client to appointments
- Running errands such as grocery shopping
- Activities such as taking walks, playing games and reading
- Meal preparation
- Washing dishes
- Laundry and ironing
- Housekeeping
- Mopping and vacuuming
- Changing bed linens
- Watering plants
- Taking care of pets
Our home health aide attendants can serve the same functions as a companion, but also may provide hands-on care of the client. Duties may include:
- Bathing, hair washing and shaving
- Dressing assistance
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with toileting
- Other personal care needs
